Staff are continuing to work remotely to deal with enquiries, loans and withdrawal applications. Members can contact our staff by email or phoning the office number during our normal office hours – 10 to 12 Monday to Saturday, 4 to 6 pm on Thursdays.
Members can continue to pay into their accounts by:-
· Standing orders.
· Bank transfer, if they have internet banking.
· Through payroll deduction, if they are a West Lothian Council employee.
Members can check their savings and loan balances using our mobile app, available for free. Please give us a call to set up the mobile app.
BSD Credit Union is now able to accept digital signatures for loan and withdrawal applications.
Withdrawals over the phone
Members can now withdraw by phoning the office number. Prior knowledge of mobile phone number and bank account details required, first withdrawal may take 24 hours. Phone office for details.
Payments to members will be made by bank transfer into your bank account.
Members wishing to pay in by cash or requiring loan / withdrawals in cash are asked to phone to arrange an appointment.
With West Lothian schools not allowing visitors into schools nor dealing with cash all school collections have been suspended until further notice. Withdrawals from Junior accounts can be arranged by phoning the office number, see below for number and times.

Fauldhouse Collection Point Remains open
The Fauldhouse collection point remains open on Fridays from 12 to 1pm. Members seeking loans or share withdrawals are asked to phone 01506 650198 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before 12 noon on Thursdays to enable the paperwork to be available at the collection point. Please bring i.d.
Whitburn Collection Point is closed
The Whitburn collection will remain closed until West Lothian drops into Tier 3.
The Partnership Centre remains closed with the exception of medical appointments . When West Lothian drops into Tier 3 the office will reopen to members who have made an appointment. The Credit Union apologises for the inconvenience this causes members.
